• This card is service credit and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

• Must be presented at time of payment to be applied.

• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless approved.

• Valid for one-time use; any remaining balance can be used for another project. Gift card does not expire.

All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Limited Exception

Refunds may be issued only in rare circumstances, such as:

•A confirmed processing or billing error

•An accidental duplicate purchase

Any approved refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, and the gift card must be unused.

This policy does not limit any rights provided under California law, including:

•Gift cards generally do not expire

•No service or dormancy fees will be charged

•Gift cards with a remaining balance below the statutory threshold may be redeemable for cash upon request

Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
