1. Workmanship Coverage

All labor performed by Handymen is covered by a one-year workmanship warranty from the date of service.
If an issue arises as a direct result of our workmanship within that period, we will return and correct it at no cost to you.

2. Materials Supplied by Handymen

If Handymen purchases and supplies the materials for your project and those materials fail within one year of installation, we will:

• Replace the defective material

• Perform the required labor

At no cost to you.

3. Client-Supplied & Upgraded Materials

Client-Supplied Materials

If materials supplied by the client fail due to quality or manufacturing defects:

• Replacement materials remain the client’s responsibility

• Replacement labor will be provided at 50% of our standard rate

If low-quality materials are supplied a second time and fail again, replacement labor will be billed at the standard rate.

Upgraded Replacement Materials

If an upgraded material is installed — whether purchased by Handymen or by the client at our recommendation:

• The client is responsible for the cost of the upgraded material

• Installation labor will be provided at 50% of the standard rate

Once installed, the upgraded material and associated labor will carry a new one-year warranty beginning on the installation date.

4. Warranty Timeframe Considerations

• Failures occurring 12–18 months after service may be reviewed at Handymen’s discretion, based on the nature of the issue and site conditions.

• Failures occurring after 18 months are considered beyond a reasonable warranty period and are not covered.

5. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, weather, pests, or building movement

• Pre-existing conditions or underlying structural issues

• Work altered or repaired by others
